Guy, or User:JzG, (real name unknown) has replaced William M. Connolley as the most influential administrator at Wikipedia. Like Connolley, Guy is a fanatical defender of the anthropogenic global warming theory but his influence is broader than Connolley's. Guy controls the content of a wide range of Wikipedia articles on science and education.

Transgressions
Guy frequently breaks Wikipedia rules on article ownership, neutral point of view and no personal attacks but is never held to account. He appears to enjoy complete immunity from the Wikipedia sanctions which he imposes on other editors for the same transgressions. How Guy obtained this immunity is unclear.
Results
Under Guy's control, Wikipedia has ceased to be "the encyclopedia that anyone can edit". It is now the encyclopedia that only people approved by Guy can edit. A growing number of editors (both new and old) is now leaving Wikipedia because it has become impossible for them to create and edit articles without censorship by Guy.
