I don’t think that a single state should have the power to tax a federal bank, which is the reason that I like this decision. Marbury v. Madison is my least favorite decision made by the Marshall Court. I do not believe that the judicial review should have nearly enough power to call an Act of Congress unconstitutional. | McCullough v.
