Joe Donnelly (b. 1955), a Democrat, is the junior United States Senator from Indiana, having defeated Republican Richard Mourdock in the 2012 election. After being defeated in the 2004 elections Donnelly was elected to represent Indiana's 2nd congressional district from 2007 to 2013. Donnelly, a Blue Dog Democrat voted in favor of ObamaCare.[1]
