<!--This article is supposed to be about left-wingers who have sexually exploited and abused women either directly, or simply allowed it to happen without giving a slap on the wrist at the time, either being hypocritical apologists or feminists. In other words, what needs to be on here is that the perpetrators are left-wing, and their victims are specifically female, meaning, do NOT list examples where the victims were male, even if the perpetrator was left -wing (ie, do not list Kevin Spacey and his pedophilia charges.).-->
After the acquittal of President Bill Clinton on charges related to his widely known harassment and abuse of women, a culture tolerant of sexual misconduct became acceptable in subsequent decades among liberal elites in mainstream journalism, Hollywood, and the Democrat Party. The following is a chronicle of known incidents.
During a rash of sexual assault and harassment allegations beginning in the fall of 2017, many incidents reaching back years, most private sector employers terminated the accused perpetrators immediately. However , Democrat Congressional leaders were slow to pressure Democrat members of congress Congress to resign. Left-wingers eventually felt victimized by the movement they claimed to have created as so many of their allies had been exposed.<ref>Scarry, Eddie (July 22, 2019). Judy had called the fire department to report the fire, but her body was found on the floor in front of a ground floor window, near a door that would have allowed her escape.
