Michael Reagan (born 1945), the adopted eldest son of Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman, is an American conservative radio host and Republican strategist.

His radio program The Michael Reagan Talk Show, was aired throughout the United States on Radio America until 2009, and then on AFR until 2010 when it was cancelled.
