Michael Avery Ross (born August 2, 1961 in Texarkana, Arkansas) served as the Democratic U.S. Representative from Arkansas's 4th congressional district in the 107th through 112th Congresses. Ross was a member of the Blue Dog Coalition. He was one of three House Democrats who voted to repeal President Obama's health care overhaul and received an A+ rating from the National Rifle Association.
