Morgan Griffith (born March 15, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is the Republican U.S. Representative from Virginia's 9th congressional district, defeating the 28-year Democratic incumbent, Rick Boucher. In May 2022, Grifith turned to be establishment tool and vote for passing $40 billion to Ukraine war.[1]
