Nip/Tuck

Nip/Tuck was a television program on the Fox network about fictional plastic surgeons Christian Troy, played by Julian McMahon and Sean McNamara, played by Dylan Walsh. Dr. Troy is an amoral womanizer, while Sean is more conservative and restrained. Sean is married to Julia, and they have a young son named Matt, who is 17 at the beginning of the series. Later Matt discovers Christian is his real father.
