No Labels is a registered 501(c)(4) non-profit political organization that tries to influence the politics of moderation, not siding with Democrats or Republican parties. It is another attempt to create a grassroots organization to challenge the success of the Tea Party movement, though Democrats have been the most concerned about the organization's success. The group was founded in 2010 by Nancy Jacobson and is supported by MSNBC's hosts Dylan Ratigan and Joe Scarborough, David Gergen, David Frum and others in the media. In politics, No labels is supported by Democrats Kirsten Gillibrand, Joe Manchin, Debbie Stabenow, Antonio Villaraigosa, also Michael Bloomberg. RINO's are supporters as well; Charlie Crist, Mike Castle and others.
2024 Presidential campaign
On July 29, 2023, No Labels announced:
| “ | Amid a coordinated effort to undermine No Labels’ work to secure ballot access in states nationwide, we have named Jay Nixon – a lifelong Democrat who spent 30 years serving Missouri as a governor, attorney general and state senator – as director of our new Ballot Integrity Project.
Since early last year, No Labels has gathered over 700,000 signatures and qualified for the ballot in five states. We have a strategy to get on the ballot in all 50 states, plus Washington, D.C., with the aim of potentially offering our line to an independent Unity presidential ticket in 2024. No Labels is responding to the overwhelming desire of Americans for more choices and voices in our politics – with two-thirds of voters saying they don’t want a rematch of the 2020 election – but we now face organized opposition from a group of political operatives and former elected officials intent on keeping us off the ballot.[1] |

As of August 2023, No Labels has obtained official ballot access in ten states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota and Utah.[2]
As USA Today explains:

Background
In August 2011, No labels got a boost from the CEO of Starbuck's. He championed the group through his protest campaign that seeks to stop giving donations to D.C. until gridlock is removed.
Controversy
No Labels says they are not for any one party, a grassroots operation. Yet, all of their leadership is connected with the D.C. beltway.
One of their first campaign efforts will be to re-elect RINO Olympia Snowe. In doing so, they're targeting Tea Party candidates for defeat.[4] Snowe is not a centrist but a leftist. She is for govt bailouts and raising taxes. She supports big-government statism that rules over the citizens. A vote for Snowe is a vote for abortion. This exposes the No Labels group for who they really stand for.
