Paul Dundes Wolfowitz (b. December 22, 1943) is an American academic, neoconservative thinker and political figure; he was a prominent architect of the foreign policy of the George W. Bush administration known as the Bush Doctrine, which resulted in the Iraq War. Once the Deputy Secretary of Defense in the Bush administration, he is currently the President of the World Bank.
