He has determined to keep his records sealed because revelation of such would reveal that, under [[United States Constitution:Article II|Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution]] (which prohibits those who are not natural-born United States citizens from eligibility for the office of President), he was not only not eligible to hold the office but was ineligible to even run for the Presidency, thereby making both his Presidential run and his subsequent assumption of the office illegal under the Constitution. As such, Obama's ineligibility to run for or hold the office of President would mean that the United States of America did not have a legitimate executive from January 20, 2009 (the day that Obama assumed the office<ref>[https://www.conservativenewsandviews.com/2016/05/01/accountability/executive/barack-obama-stole-america/ Barack Obama Stole America] at Conservative News and Views</ref>) until January 20, 2017 (the day President [[Donald Trump]] was sworn in to possibly become the first legitimate President since George W. Bush).However, this theory is disproved by the fact that Obama's mother is an American citizen, he would have been a natural-born citizen at birth as well regardless of his place of birth and therefore eligible for the presidency, much like former Republican presidential candidate [[Ted Cruz]], as seen on his own [[conservapedia]] page: "Cruz's mother being an American citizen (even though she voted in Canadian elections), just like Obama's mother, insures that he is American no matter what country he was born in". Therefore the legitimacy of his presidency is beyond doubt.

² Due to massive amounts of voter fraud baselessly alleged to have been committed by the Democrats and their operatives in the [[United States Presidential Election, 2020|2020 election]], Biden is not considered by many as a legitimate "president". He has however been certified the winner and legitimate President of the United States by Congress and all official authorities. No investigation has showed enough fraud or error in the voting process to affect the outcome of the election.
