Rob Ford

Rob Ford is the Mayor of Toronto, a city located in Canada. In 2013, reports surfaced that Ford had been videotaped while smoking crack. Ford initially denied it. Though later, it turned out that the video was true. So, Ford was lying. He was forced to recant his initial denials, blaming it on a "drunken stupor."
