Theory and Law
A scientific Law is a description based on emperical observations. A scientific law explains nothing. A Theory unifies and explains emperical observations. Thus a Law is not a refined theory and is not superior to a theory. An explaination never becomes a description; A Scientifc Theory NEVER becomes a Law.
