[I will choose to be diplomatic here and not focus on the fact that America itself is not a country at all but a continent.] Are we supposed to bury our heads in the sand and forget that other countries achieve things, too? If we allow ourselves to believe that the USA always has and always will be number one at everything (which the USA's masses do already), the USA cannot possibly hope to move in any forward direction, much less stay competitive or diplomatic with other nations. This article, in my opinion, crosses the line from conservative to over-nationalist, far-right propaganda. --X. Dulks | ||

While I am not anti-American per say I do not have respect for Bush. However I agree that anti-American sentiment is alive and well. AdenJ 07:25, 18 May 2008 (EDT)

Proposal
Maybe it is a good idea to explore the "why" behind there being so much anti-American sentiment, yes? What is it that causes it? It could make for an interesting investigation and article. Reason
I dont think people are Anti-America more they are anti-Bush. I have been to America and thought the people and places were wonderful however when ever I Bush mbling with the English language and people like Rumsfeld lie through their teeth I get very grumbly. AdenJ 05:46, 19 May 2008 (EDT)
