I personally feel the other arguments, as well as apologeticism in general, are false, but at least arguable, and they do prove some manner of "Christian-like" God in that they prove the existence of anything. Plus, they all have very nice objections/counterpoints. However, the cosmological arguments are just... inadequate. Nobody really uses them for proofs of God, just "a god." : The arguments were not meant to be of the Christian God in particular, but admittedly that wasn't clear, so I've added some explanation to the article. Many arguments ''against'' God's existence are against ''any'' god, not specifically the Christian God, so arguing the basic position that some sort of God must exist is a legitimate first step.
