Why say "male reproductive organ"?

I think the word "penis" is not obscene, are you reluctant to writing it in the first sentence?Sporean 12:48, 30 July 2007 (EDT)

Also, there are other male reproductive organs. However, I think this article gets the point across. Anyone who needs more detail can get it (detail) from their parents or in medical/nursing school. BHarlan 13:29, 23 October 2008 (EDT)

I've inserted it in (as it were). There are other articles on CP that use the word, & there is nothing obscene about using it in this context. Sideways 13:58, 23 October 2008 (EDT)

If it were obscene, it would be illegal. I don't think anyone is claiming that it is obscene, but it is certainly not necessary. Who really needs this information to be a productive, helpful, or faithful person? Would you honestly call this article family friendly? That's not a rhetorical question? I really am asking? BHarlan 14:49, 23 October 2008 (EDT)

Your children do not know what a penis is? We learned from our mom about the time we started to be toilet trained. We didn't "talk it up", but she said (matter of factly) this is your penis for urination.--JeanJacques 15:00, 23 October 2008 (EDT)

As compared to an all powerful supreme creator being.
Well, God is THE all-powerful, supreme creator being, and your statement above implied that you're smarter than Him. That's something you need to discuss with God alone, and I'm sure you and Him would have an interesting conversation on the relative nature of I.Q. levels. But Creationists can look at life and say it is well-designed and necessitates a designers, but those that oppose this view aren't allowed to point out the seeming lack of design - or, more so, the contradictory nature of the design? Also, forgive my ignorance, but how does one sign their name on the talk pages? Thank you!
