For two, a socialist economy is a [[mixed economy]], not a centrally planned economy. I haven't read the entire article yet, but is it trying to say that democracies "plan" their economies the same way socialist countries do? That there's no difference? And that therefore conservatives should not criticize socialism for its central planning?
