This is Constitutional? How can the government charge a child for receiving their dead parent's property? Inheritance is practically sacred. This is horrible and immoral. Do the legislators have any idea how heartless this tax is? Also, the rate of 45%, that is a lot to take. Even lottery winnings are not that heavily taxed!
