I have added to the text to make clear that the modern use of this term -where there no longer are living practitioners of the ancient pagan religion, sacrificing bulls to Zeus or seeking guidance from Apollo through the sybil- is really no longer perjorative. I foresee a problem at Conservapedia as to how we are going to link articles concerning the mythology, practice, and historical consequences of the Greek and Roman paganism under a central category. Most lectures and articles I have heard or read use Pagan in this sense. I also note a high number of unconnected links to this area of knowledge. Leffingwell 21:29, 22 July 2007 (EDT)
