Anti-Constitutionalists
Persons who reject the views of the political theories of [[John Locke]] and the founding fathers of the American republic, that government can and should be limited in its powers. Anti-Constitutionalists believe in the supremacy of the federal state power over states individual rights and the rights of individuals.
2. Persons who believe in the basic standards and ideals are to be consistent with [[progressive]] values and the rule of law.
