Well, if you're amused by the name, the name's likely inappropriate - see above. The way you tell is by letting the user make a few edits before you add the welcome template - if the edits are legit, then you can welcome the user, if they are not, then you don't.--IDuan 00:11, 1 February 2008 (EST)

Block

We could have a debate about the Ten Commandments' influence on the rule of law, but I don't think you'd win it. RedFive, though I do not fully agree with the block reason(I would have blocked him for other reasons which are my own) I think that acting like a baby and grousing about an over and done with deed instead of accepting it with a grain of salt is ridiculous and immature.
