Waffle

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by DrSandstone (Talk | contribs) at 20:46, March 13, 2008. It may differ significantly from current revision.

A waffle is a food similar in scope and function to a pancake. A basic waffle consists of mixing flour, eggs, water, and milk into a paste, which is then poured into a waffle iron, which cooks the mixture and provides the necessary texture. Waffles can be jazzed up with varying fruits, incorporated directly into the mixture. Waffles are traditionally topped with butter and maple syrup.
