Yahweh

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by SharonS (Talk | contribs) at 19:49, January 5, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Yahweh means "I am who I am". In the Hebrew language, which has no vowels, it is written YHWH. God instructed Moses to use the name at the encounter at the burning bush that burned without burning up in Exodus 3.14.
