User:Conservative would be the most qualified to write on the Treaty of Westphalia as part of his Desecularization series, given that modern "secularization" can probably be traced to the Treaty of Westphalia. How User:Conservative will square that with his anti-Roman Catholic stance should be interesting, as he pushes his theories on "de-secularization". He still hasn't admitted the Fall of Kabul in 2021 and victory of the Taliban over America and American forces is a major milestone in his "de-secularization" program.
