2024 United States ballot measures
Is The ballot measures that include many referendums that taken place during 2024 US presidential election. Most ballot measures were in favor of Conservatives which include issues of abortion, election integrity, Marijuana legislation, Police funding and gay marriage.
Abortion
Pro Life gained first victories after overturning Roe v Wade in 2024 US presidential election. Abortion referendums failed in states of Nebraska and South Dakota. In Florida abortion referendum failed to reach 60% approval which lead to be failed. However abortion referendums have passed in most of States.
Election integrity
Liberals got huge setback with ballot measures of election integrity. Most states refused non-citizens to vote.
Marijuana legislation
Marijuana referendums have been failed in states of Florida, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Same sex marriage
Although no same sex referendum have failed, but it was huge setback for liberals by being passed with less points than they expected. In blue state like California the referendum only got approval of only 63%.[1] In the other blue state of Hawaii the approval for same sex marriage only get 56% of votes.[2] The result was huge setback for liberals who claim that most Americans approve same sex marriage, even though got huge refusal from deep blue states like California and Hawaii
