Alexandr Kwasniewski was the former communist who replaced Lech Walesa in 1995 as president of Poland. Kwasniewski served on the board of directors of Burisma oil and gas, a Ukrainian company, with Hunter Biden in the 2010s. The Burisma scandal was one of several foreign money laundering and influence peddling scandals involving the Joe Biden.
