Amendment 3 is a pro-abortion ballot initiative in Missouri, which calls this an "initiative petition." The Amendment would allow abortion-on-demand as pushed by liberal billionaires in multiple conservative states.
The Missouri Supreme Court ruled by 4-3 majority that the amendment should go on the ballot on November 5, 2024,[1] after a trial court judge (Stephen M. Limbaugh, notable as the brother of the late radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh) had invalidated it for failing to identify which pro-life laws would be overruled.
