Garland Hale "Andy" Barr IV (born July 24, 1973) is an American attorney and Republican politician who serves as the U.S. representative for Kentucky's 6th congressional district since 2013. Barr is one of 129 Republicans who vote for $40 billion aid to Ukraine.[1]
In November 2023, Representative Barr joined sixty-nine other Republicans to vote to establish a new $300 million building to house the FBI.[2]
