Article 147 (Indian Constitution)

Article 147 is a clause of the Indian Constitution which states that the Supreme Court of India can not interpret anything beyond the scope of the Government of India Act, 1935. It furthermore gives the British Parliament and the British Courts power over Indian Courts. [1]
