Article III in constitutional law refers to Article III of the U.S. Constitution, which establishes the power of the judiciary or court system. This power extends to:
- interpreting the U.S. Constitution, treaties, federal statutes and admiralty and maritime laws
- resolving disputes between citizens of different states (or nations), between states themselves, and between states and foreign citizens
