Bob Barker

Robert William Barker, more commonly known as Bob Barker, was the host of popular game show The Price is Right, among other game shows, before retiring in 2007. He served in the United States Navy as a fighter pilot during World War II, but was not assigned to a seagoing squadron before the end of the war. He was awarded the American Campaign Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Barker is an animal rights activist, signing off every episode of The Price is Right with "Help control the pet population; have your pets spayed or neutered."
