Book reading

33% of high school graduates never read another book the rest of their lives and 42% of college grads never read another book after college.

Book reading is tremendously beneficial, and yet a study in 2015 found that "only 60 per cent of books purchased are ever opened, let alone fully read.

That percentage has probably fallen further, as illiteracy has increased while book sales have flattened.
