Category:Best Selling Authors should not be a subcategory of Category:Liberal Authors! A subcategory inherits the properties of the super-category - it is a more precise version. This implies that best selling authors are liberal authors.
A possible solution is: Create a category:Best Selling Liberal Authors and put it in both Category:Liberal Authors and Category:Best Selling Authors!
