Central London
From Conservapedia
Central London lies within the traditional counties of Middlesex and Surrey (parts north and south of the Thames respectively) and forms the innermost part of the London built-up area. Although a number of definitions exist as to what exactly constitutes central London, it is generally agreed to contain the City, the main financial hub of London and indeed the UK, and Westminster, the UK's seat of government and resident of the Monarch, with the addition at least parts of Camden, Hackney, Lambeth, Southwark and Tower Hamlets.
