Chase Oliver is the Libertarian Party candidate for U.S. Senate in Georgia, who could push the race into a runoff by polling 4%. (This is because Georgia, unlike every other state, mandates that in any race, if any candidate does not get a majority -- as opposed to a plurality, whenever three or more candidates seek office -- a runoff between the two top candidates is required.)
