From Conservapedia
Chicago-style politics is a political strategy to win at all cost. Sometimes referred to as "cutthroat" politics[1] consisting of; lies, deceit, vandalism, intimidation, secret deal-making, and strong-arm tactics. Underhandedness creates an unfair advantage, ever-increasing power and influence becomes the reward. Tipping the scales of a blind justice is nothing new however it is more pervasive and damaging than in decades past.
