Parole decision

After consultation with blocking Sysop, Andy, Linus M. is paroled under the following conditions;

1. He is to stay away from contentious articles.
2. Editing of any non computer or math related articles must be cleared by Andy.
3. The Parole template needs to remain on on his user and talk page.
4. Is not to engage in name calling or attacks on other users.
