Different Complains

I agree that a complain along the lines

• "article xyz is rubbish"

is just unproductive. Whoever makes such a statement, should be prepared to try to improve the article. But I'm afraid that a general "don't complain" guideline will be (ab)used to quell complaints like

• "the action of sysop xyz was not justified".

And in the interest of an agreeable cooperation, such complaints should be allowed, unless you want to give us common editors the frustrating feeling to stand helpless in the face of caprice. --BRichtigen 07:57, 7 December 2008 (EST)
