Constantin Stanislavski (17 January 1863 – 7 August 1938) was a Russian dramatist and director, best known for his work on Stanislavski's system of actor training.
Influence
His system has gone on to be one of the most recognized acting techniques today, with actors such as Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, and Dustin Hoffman as notable users.
