Crane, Indiana

Crane is a town in Indiana. It was named for William M. Crane, the first chief of the United States Navy Bureau of Ordnance, partly due to being located adjacent to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, the third largest (by geographic area) naval installation in the world.
