Curvature of 4-space

The 4-space is the other name of our spacetime (fourth component of 4-space being the time making out of 3-dimensional ordinary (x, y, z) space a 4-dimensional continuum t, x, y, z). So the curvature of 4-space is the same thing as curvature of spacetime.
