Dennis Miller is a comedian and author who first rose to prominence on Saturday Night Live where he was the "Weekend Update" correspondent for six years, before exiting in 1991.

He has, in recent years, embraced a conservative political outlook, eschewing his former liberal politics, and is a frequent commentator on the Fox News Channel show The O'Reilly Factor, with his weekly segment Miller Time. Miller also hosts a weekday talk radio show on the Westwood One network 10 AM to 1 PM, EST.[1]

He is a five-time Emmy award winner for the live talk show "Dennis Miller Live" which had a nine-year run on HBO, and currently serves as the National Spokesperson for USA Cares, a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to military families in need.
