Donald W. Norcross (born December 13, 1958) is an American politician and labor leader from Democrat party who is the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 1st congressional district. Norcross called for criminal investigation for awarding his brothers tax subsides and $1.1 billion dollar of tax credits to companies connected to Norcross.[1]
