Druzhba pipeline
The Druzhba pipeline is one of the world's longest and most significant oil pipelines, transporting Urals oil from the Russian Federation to Central Europe and Eastern Europe. The name "Druzhba" translates to "Friendship" in Russian. It has been in operation since 1964. and is over 4,000 kilometers (2,500 miles).
It originates in eastern Russia and runs through Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, and Germany.

In August 2025, Ukrainian forces targeted the Nikolskoe pumping station in Russia’s Tambov region, halting oil flow through the Druzhba pipeline.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski publicly supported further Ukrainian terrorist efforts to disable the pipeline.[1] Hungary condemned the attacks and banned entry to Ukrainian drone commander Robert Brovdi (callsign “Magyar”).[2]
