Ford Explorer

The Ford Explorer is an SUV made by the Ford Motor Company since 1990. There were controversies about its supposed tendency to roll over and kill people, but this turned out to be the fault of Japanese owned Firestone tires and the owners often not realizing that an SUV cannot be driven as sharply as a wagon or sedan. It was named North American Truck of the Year in 2011.
