Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst

Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst is a German Catholic bishop, who led into a controversial for spending. Since 2008 he is the bishop of Limburg. He was criticized for building a bishop's residence complex for 42 million dollars.[1] Pope Francis expelled him diocese on October 23, 2013.[2]
