FreeCell

FreeCell is a single player solitaire card game which uses a standard 52-card deck. Unlike a number of other solitaire games, this game can usually be completed.

Description

Setup

• There are generally four open foundations and four open cells at the top. However, there are some alternative rules which vary this number of cells
• Below this, there are eight cascades of cards, all face-up

Game play

• The eight cascades are to be organized into four complete stacks
• Partial or complete stacks may be moved to other open cascades spaces or partial stacks
• Any card on top can be moved to a stack (only if it is new in order), and empty cell, or a foundation cell

Winning

• The player wins then all cards are moved to the foundation piles
