In Hedden v. Lupinsky, 405 Pa. 609, 612, 176 A.2d 406, 408 (Pa. 1962), the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania held that for a contract to exist, “[t]he acceptance of the offer must be absolute and identical with the terms of the offer.”
