Herman R. Jacobson

Herman R. Jacobson was an American citizen and an employee of Avery Manufacturing Company of New York during World War II. Jacobsen also maintained a covert relationship with Soviet intelligence. Jacobsen worked with the New York KGB office and was assigned the cover name "S-I"
