Ilham Aliyev is the current President of Azerbaijan.[1] He is the son of former Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev. He is a dictator and has been involved in numerous human rights abuses. Aliyev has compared Armenians to rats, barbarians and dogs.[2][3][4]
